Desktop Upgrades FAQs

Q: I recently purchased a Western Digital 4GB hard drive and I'm having problems getting it to work. My BIOS is AMI 1.00.03.BS0T. Can the BIOS be upgraded to make the drive work?

A: Updating the BIOS to version 1.00.11BS0T will make the hard drive work. Download the file Zappb11.exe from the Driver Downloads section to upgrade the BIOS. There is a readme.txt file that will explain how to install the file.
