My monitor colors have a green or pink tint to them. How can I fix this?

How do I know what version of video driver I have?

When I look at the 3Dfx tab in Display Properties for my Voodoo card then click the System Info Button, why does it say that there is only 4MB in Frame Buffer memory and only 8MB in texture memory? I thought this was a 12MB card?
