Q: How do I get the Speaker icon on the taskbar?

A: Follow these instructions:

  1. On your screen, locate and click the Start button. From the Start menu, point to Settings, then click Control Panel.

  2. Double-click the Multimedia icon. Click the Audio tab.

  3. In the Playback section, select Show Volume Control on the Taskbar. Click OK.
