Customer Information

As of August 3, 1998, Gateway has been placing the following sticker, containing your serial number and Customer ID, on all desktop and tower cases.

For computers purchased before August 3, 1998, the Customer ID or serial number sticker is often found on the back of the case.

The sticker location varies according to the case you have. Click the following graphic that represents your case.

If you cannot find your Customer ID or serial number, you can look on the packing slip that you received with your computer, as illustrated in the following graphic.
