Gateway Faxable Document Service Information

The Gateway Faxable Document Service can provide you with the same support documents available in our website's TechDocs (Technical Documentation). You don't need access to a computer, all you need is a touch-tone phone and/or a fax machine.

First, find a document that you want faxed to you. At the bottom of most all "Known Issuses" and other "TechDocs" is a 4-digit Faxable Document Number. A catalog of all Faxable Documents will be available from the Faxable Document service itself.

Dial 1-800-846-4526.

You will be asked if you've used our Faxable Document Service before. Pressing 2 will give you instructions on using the Faxable Document service, pressing 1 will skip them.

If you already know which document number you want, press 1 to order that document. If you'd like a catalog of all the available Faxable Documents, press 2.

You will be asked which Faxable Document number or numbers you want and what fax number they should be faxed to. Punch in all that and you're done! Our Faxable Document Service will begin to fax your documents within minutes.
