Gateway is proud to sponsor this Public Television presentation on the importance of family businesses and some of the challenges they're currently facing. Gateway knows that small businesses are absolutely critical to the strength of America. Small businesses not only support the economies of every city and town across our country, but they contribute enormously to our schools, charities, community projects and overall quality of life. Four generations of my family made their living in the cattle business in the Midwest. That independent business owner spirit inspired me to start Gateway in 1985.
