Check the status of your order online!
It's quick and easy. Just enter your 8-digit order number or 10-digit phone number in the field below, and click on the "Submit" button. You will then see whether your order has been received, is in production, or has been shipped. You will also be given an estimated or actual shipping date, depending on the current status of your order. This information is updated daily and is available 24 to 36 hours after an order is placed.
For multiple orders shipping to the same location, searching by order number will yield better results. A search by phone number will return only the first item found.
Please note that the status of orders placed online at Gateway Accessory Store will not be available from this page. Check the status of these orders here.

Important: If you placed your order online, do not use the Purchase Call Number you were provided when you placed the order; instead, use the Order Number which was provided to you by a sales representative, either via e-mail or over the phone.
