I loaded Windows 98 and now my LS-120 won't read or format my disks. What can I do?

I just updated my BIOS to version 1.00.10BROT, or 1.00.10BSOT, and now my floppy drive isn't being recognized. How do I fix this?

In Windows NT 4.0, my Seagate TBU shows up as a Conner TBU. Is this right?

Sometimes my screen saver will pop up for a second then disappear. When this happens my floppy drive will begin making sounds as if it's trying to read a floppy diskette. What is wrong?
