Solo® 2300 battery only charging to 10-15 percent

ISSUE: After the battery learning cycle software has been run, the Solo® 2300 NI-MH, part number PWCBTY021AAWW, may only report a charge of 10-15 percent. The battery may or may not provide correct functional battery life.

Note: If battery life is short but being reported correctly, such as charging to 100 percent or nearly 100 percent, please use normal troubleshooting practices, as this would be an unrelated issue.

RESOLUTION: This issue is resolved by using Battery Learning Software version 3.4. The Battery Learning Software version 3.4 is available by downloading file name 7501801.exe from Gateway's Web site.
