" Basic Installation - Designed for stand alone systems
A Gateway trained technician will unpack and inspect the system, connect the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and one printer. The connection of external cables and verification of system operation will follow.
" Enhanced Installation - Designed for networked systems
Includes Basic Installation plus connection of the system to the network.
" Premium Installation - Designed for networked systems and data transfer
Includes Enhanced Installation plus data migration of up to 300 MB of data. This service provides simple data retention and a quick transition to new systems.
" De-Installation
May be combined with any system installation to provide a complete solution. A Gateway technician will disconnect the existing system, unplug cables, pack up existing system and components and move the system to a client-designated location.
