Cancellations must be requested in writing. For personal accounts, submit your request online; for company accounts, submit your request via FAX (on company letterhead, signed by company representative with authority to discontinue company accounts).
Cancellations will be processed per the terms of the signed contract with Gateway.
Your account code word will be necessary to facilitate your request. If you do not have your code word, please contact us at 800-371-1525 and one will be provided for you. Any request submitted after 4:30PM CST on Friday will be completed on the following business day.
