All changes must be submitted in writing or by accessing the computer's control panel.
Your account code word will be necessary. If you do not have your code word, please contact us at 800-371-1525 and one will be provided for you. Any request submitted after 4:30PM CST on Friday will be completed on the following business day. You will be notified via e-mail, when your requested change has been made.
For credit card changes, please use the online billing interface or your control panel or use the credit card change form.
