Request for bill frequency changes must be submitted through this Web site by clicking on the link below and completing the Bill Frequency Change Form.
Your account code word will be necessary. If you do not have your code word, please contact us at 800-371-1525 and one will be provided for you. Any request submitted after 4:30PM CST on Friday will be completed on the following business day.
The change will take effect on the next billing cycle, which means that the new bill frequency will start at the end of the current 30-day billing cycle. Bill frequency changes will be determined by the signed contract with Gateway.
