" Client Appointed Service Provider: Independent service providers who are formally selected by a Gateway customer can become certified to perform warranty service on that customer's Gateway system(s). " Self Maintainer: Gateway customers with the required level of IT expertise and resources can become certified to perform warranty repair service on their own Gateway systems.
